I love the ice-berg analogy.  What people see is not the whole picture.  Within this blog site and through my ramblings on posts hopefully people will see the background story to me.  I want to share the trials and tribulations to hopefully inspire the next generation.  I am committed to my community and I am guided by integrity, compromise and an unending drive to succeed in everything I do.
